Here are the steps that need to be followed: <\/p>\n<h2>End of day for Previous Days<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Implement End of Day<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>The end of day clearance for all purchases made the day before must be done before the checkout can be used.<\/li>\n<li>If the end of day was not performed the day before, a dialog box will appear when you try to open the checkout, requiring you to do the end of day first.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Opening cash balance<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Enter the opening cash amount<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>You must enter the opening cash balance. If you do not select the option &#8220;Empty change fund&#8221;, the system will automatically suggest that the outgoing cash balance from the previous day should be the incoming cash balance for the current day. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Z-report<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Generate Z-Report<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li>Once the end of day has been completed, a z-report is created.
