The POS system has functions to manage customers and link them to purchases. Follow the steps below to add a customer or retrieve an existing customer. <\/p>\n\n

Add Customer to the Customer Register<\/h2>\n\n
    \n
  1. Open Customer details<\/strong>:\n
      \n
    • On the right side of the checkout, find the Customer Details<\/strong> section. Click on the magnifying glass<\/strong> located just above the social security number field. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Create New Customer<\/strong>:\n
        \n
      • A dialog box opens where you can enter information for the new customer. Fill in the necessary details. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Carry out the purchase<\/strong>:\n
          \n
        • Complete the purchase as usual. The purchase will now be registered to the new customer for later use. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          Search for Existing Customer<\/h2>\n\n
            \n
          1. Use the search bar<\/strong>:\n
              \n
            • To retrieve an existing customer from the customer register, place the cursor in the search field<\/strong> (marked with a blue frame).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Search with Scanner or Manual Input<\/strong>:\n
                \n
              • You can either:\n
                  \n
                • Scan<\/strong> your license with a scanner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Search for the customer by mobile number<\/strong>, social security number<\/strong>, name<\/strong> or address<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Select the customer<\/strong>:\n
                    \n
                  • The search results are displayed below the search bar. Click on the name of the customer you want to link to the purchase. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Carry out the purchase<\/strong>:\n
                      \n
                    • The customer will now be visible in the checkout. Complete the purchase as usual, and it will be registered to the selected customer. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
