To easily manage returns at checkout, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Open Return Management<\/strong>:\n
      \n
    • Look in the top right corner<\/strong> of the checkout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Click on Return<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Search for receipts<\/strong>:\n
        \n
      • Enter the receipt number<\/strong> in the search bar to find the receipt from which you want to return goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Open Receipt<\/strong>:\n
          \n
        • Click on the heading\/receipt number to view details of the receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Adjust Number<\/strong>:\n
            \n
          • Change the number of the items to be returned or scrapped:\n
              \n
            • If you stockpile<\/strong> the product, the stock balance will increase by the specified quantity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • If you scrap<\/strong> the product, it is not put back into stock. This measure is used for broken or substandard products that cannot be sold. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Return the entire purchase<\/strong>:\n

              • If all items are to be returned, use the Zero All Numbers<\/strong> button to quickly set all items to zero.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Select the payment method for the return<\/strong>:\n
                  \n
                • Indicate the payment method<\/strong> to be used to make the return (e.g. refund to credit card or store credit).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Print the receipt for the goods<\/strong>:\n

                  • If the customer receives a receipt, click on Receipt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • This generates a receipt with a code that can be used as a means of payment in the shop at a later date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
