When your e-commerce is integrated with your physical store, you will have access to features for managing incoming e-commerce orders and for making purchases with stock from other stores or central warehouses.<\/p>\n

Manage Incoming Orders<\/h2>\n
    \n
  1. Incoming Orders button<\/strong>: Located in the top right corner of the checkout.<\/li>\n
  2. View Reservations and Orders<\/strong>: Click to see if there are any e-commerce orders received or reservations from customers.<\/li>\n
  3. Process and Order<\/strong>:\n
      \n
    • Select an order or reservation by clicking on the order details.<\/li>\n
    • Products are automatically added to the shopping cart.<\/li>\n
    • Complete your purchase by selecting a payment method at checkout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Place Order from Other Warehouse or Store<\/h2>\n

      If you have several warehouses or stores and want to send an order from another location, do the following:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Add item to cart<\/strong>: Add the items the customer wants to the cart.<\/li>\n
      2. Select Other layer<\/strong>:\n
          \n
        • Click on the truck icon<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        • Select the warehouse or store from which the product will be shipped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Finalize the order<\/strong>:\n
            \n
          • Complete the purchase as usual, selecting Invoice<\/strong> as the payment method.<\/li>\n
          • An order confirmation is printed when the order is placed.<\/li>\n
          • When the goods are shipped from the selected warehouse, the invoice is activated and sent to the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Order management in Admin<\/strong>:\n
              \n
            • This order is then in admin for further processing.<\/li>\n
            • In the case of partial deliveries, where some goods are sent from another store\/warehouse, each part can be handled individually and sent as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
