{"id":2781,"date":"2021-10-14T11:14:49","date_gmt":"2021-10-14T09:14:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.fortuspay.com\/okategoriserad\/shopping-cart-management\/"},"modified":"2025-04-22T09:48:17","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T07:48:17","slug":"shopping-cart-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.fortuspay.com\/en\/fortus-smart-en\/shopping-cart-management\/","title":{"rendered":"Shopping cart management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here are the steps to manage items in the shopping cart and complete a payment.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Empty the shopping cart<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on <strong>the trash can icon with an X<\/strong> to clear all products from the cart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delete an individual item<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Swipe left <\/strong>on the item you want to delete and click <strong>Delete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternatively, you can click on the item and select <strong>Remove from cart<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change the quantity for an item<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the item, select <strong>Edit quantity<\/strong>, and fill in the desired quantity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add a discount to an item<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the item and select <strong>Add discount<\/strong>. Enter the amount of the discount and choose whether the discount should be in dollars or percent. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add a discount to your entire order<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on <strong>Discount <\/strong>%, fill in the percentage discount for the whole order and enter a description.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add a one-off article<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on <strong>Add amount<\/strong>, enter the price and a description to appear on the receipt. Please note that the disposable item is not saved in the POS system. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Go to payment<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on <strong>Go to payment<\/strong> and select the customer&#8217;s preferred payment method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>With these steps, you can easily adjust the shopping cart and complete the purchase in Smarten.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here are the steps to manage items in the shopping cart and complete a payment.
