Payment methods in Fortus Smart – Select and make a payment<\/h2>\n\n

When selling, you first need to choose a payment method. Choose between Card, Invoice, Cash,<\/strong> or Swish<\/strong> at the bottom of the screen. Here is a step-by-step guide for each payment method. <\/p>\n\n

Card payment – Step by step<\/h2>\n\n
    \n
  1. Select receipt options: <\/strong>Check at least one of the receipt printing options. Go ahead with Continue<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Follow the instructions: <\/strong>The app displays messages such as “insert card” or “enter PIN”. Follow the instructions on the screen <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Receipt printing: <\/strong>After the payment has been made, the receipt is printed (if you selected this). If receipt printing fails (e.g. out of paper), options to obtain the receipt by other means are displayed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n

    Swish payment – step by step<\/h2>\n\n

    If Swish is not visible as a payment option, make sure that you have a Swish Commerce account and that you have chosen Fortus as your technical provider with the bank.<\/p>\n\n

    1. Choose Swish<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. QR code: <\/strong>The customer opens their Swish app and scans the QR code displayed on the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select receipt option: <\/strong>Specify how to send the receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Of course!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Cash payment – Step by step<\/h2>\n\n

      If cash is not visible as a payment option, go back to the first page -> Click on the dots<\/strong> at the top right -> Select Settings <\/strong>-> Select Cash<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      1. Enter amount: <\/strong>Enter the amount paid by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Gear information: <\/strong>Gear is automatically displayed on the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Select receipt option: <\/strong>Decide how to send the receipt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Of course!<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Invoice buying – step by step<\/h2>\n\n

        1. Select invoice<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Mobile Bank ID: <\/strong>The customer scans the QR code with their mobile Bank ID.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Enter the e-mail address: <\/strong>Enter the customer’s e-mail address to which the invoice should be sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Select the receipt option<\/strong> and confirm the invoice purchase.If the credit check is approved<\/strong>, an invoice is sent to the customer’s email. The customer can choose to pay the invoice in full or in installments according to the information on the invoice. If the credit report is rejected <\/strong>, the customer needs to choose another payment method.5. click on “About invoice”<\/strong> to view customer terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
