To efficiently manage transactions and returns in the POS system, you can follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n

Find a Transaction<\/h2>\n\n

You can find a specific transaction in three different ways:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Fill in the receipt number<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Enter the exact receipt number in the search field to quickly locate the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Scan the QR code<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Click on the barcode symbol to open the built-in barcode scanner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Scan the QR code on the receipt to automatically retrieve the transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Sort Transactions<\/strong>\n

        • Click on Sort<\/strong> and select the payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Scroll through the list to find the transaction in question.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          Carrying out a Return – Step by Step<\/h2>\n\n

          Once you’ve found the right transaction, follow these steps to make a return:<\/p>\n\n

            • Click on Return<\/strong> next to the transaction you want to manage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Select Items to Return<\/strong>\n

              • Select the specific items to be returned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Choose how to distribute receipts<\/strong>\n

                • Decide how you want to handle the receipt (for example, as a credit note) and click Continue<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Review and Confirm<\/strong>\n
