Connect Fortus to Fortnox<\/h2>\n

  1. Go to Settings -> ERP system <\/strong>in Fortus Admin (https:\/\/admin.fortusfinance.com)<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the button to connect to Fortnox. You will be redirected to the Fortnox login page where you need to approve the data sharing between Fortus and Fortnox.
    Important: <\/strong>Log in with a Fortnox account that has full permissions.<\/em>
    If you are using Fortnox via an accounting firm and do not have full rights, ask someone from the firm to help you.<\/em><\/li>\n
  3. Once you have approved the application in Fortnox, you will automatically be returned to the Fortus admin portal. Please note that you may need to log in again to Fortus. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Set accounting options<\/h2>\n
      \n
    1. Customize accounting settings: <\/strong>Fill in how you want the data to be posted in Fortnox. When you are done, click Save<\/strong>.
      You can choose whether invoices are open, posted or paid automatically.<\/em><\/li>\n
    2. Purchase posting settings: <\/strong>Select which accounts in Fortnox to use for payment methods (e.g. post in-store payments as cash payments).<\/li>\n
    3. Other settings: <\/strong>
      Account for penny rounding.
      Account for gift cards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Specific settings for sales and payments<\/h2>\n
        \n
      1. Sales accounts: <\/strong>Select your sales accounts in Fortnox.<\/li>\n
      2. Fortus POS or Checkout: <\/strong>If you are using Fortus POS or Checkout, enter “6” Otherwise enter “1”.<\/li>\n
      3. Fortus Invoice<\/strong>: Here you set up which accounts are used for posting billing charges.<\/li>\n
      4. Time of entry:<\/strong> Select the time of day when the entry should be made. NOTE! <\/strong>There may be a deviation of about 15 minutes.<\/li>\n
      5. VAT settings: <\/strong>Specify the accounts to be used for the different VAT rates, for example {“Fortus”, “25”, “2610K”} indicates that account 2610 is used for accounting for 25% VAT.<\/li>\n
      6. Verification series: <\/strong>Specify the series to be used for verifications. It is possible to have different series for different stores. Contact Fortus if you need help with this. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
