and managing Z and X reports"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To produce Z or X reports for your cash register, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Navigate to report options<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on <strong>the three dots <\/strong>at the top right of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Z report<\/strong> to look at an end-of-day report or <strong>X report<\/strong> to create an interim report during the day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Z-reports (End of day)<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Z report<strong> <\/strong>is generated at the end of the day and contains a summary of the day&#8217;s sales up to the end of the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It records all sales from 00:01 (unless otherwise specified) until the exact time of the end of the day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A new Z-report is created each time the end of day is completed, making it an important record of the day&#8217;s total sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">X-reports (Interim report)<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The X report <\/strong>contains the same sales data as a Z report but does not create an end-of-day booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is ideal for reviewing sales during the day without resetting any values.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Use the Z report at the end of the day to
