Guide to Inventory<\/h2>\n\n

  1. Select store<\/strong>Start by selecting the store you want to inventory.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Start the inventory<\/strong>Click on“Start inventory”<\/strong>. This will display a list of the store’s items, including item number, description and current balance. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Adjust balances<\/strong>In the inventory view, adjust the balance of each item according to what you calculated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Save changes<\/strong>When all adjustments are complete, press Save<\/strong> to update the balances.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Print Inventory list<\/h2>\n\n

    If you prefer to inventory with a physical list, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n

    1. Print the inventory list<\/strong>Click on Print inventory<\/strong> to create and print an inventory list of all items in the store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Manually adjust balances<\/strong>Use the list to manually note stock adjustments and then update them digitally as per step 3 of the main instructions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
