Step-by-Step to view Stock Balance<\/h2>\n\n

  1. Select store<\/strong>Start by selecting the store whose stock balance and bulk value you want to see.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. View stock balance<\/strong>Click on View stock balance<\/strong> to view the items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Review the articles<\/strong>\n

    • The large balance view lists your items with details such as:\n
        \n
      • Article number<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Position<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Description of the project<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Balance<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Order point<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Purchase value<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Inventory value (calculated based on the purchase price)Note that if no purchase price is recorded, the stock value is shown as zero (+). A summation of the total stock value is shown on the landing page. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Order point and Stock balance overview<\/h2>\n\n

        • Set order point<\/strong>Set order points for different items, so you can easily see when a new order should be placed. Items with a stock balance below the order point are highlighted in red. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Filter for low stock status<\/strong>To see only the goods that are below the order point, check Show only goods lower than order point<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
