This happens unless you have previously chosen to send the receipt digitally to the customer. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Print a copy of the receipt<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Via the Admin Portal<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If you need a copy of a previous receipt, log in to the admin portal via your computer. There you can search for the transaction and print a copy of the receipt directly. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>I Smart<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the three dots at the top right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Transactions\/Returns<\/strong> from the menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the specific transaction from the list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the print icon at the top right to print the receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Send Receipt via Email or SMS<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Directly on purchase<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When making a purchase, you can choose to send the receipt directly to the customer&#8217;s email address or via SMS.
