In the POS system, you can easily access sales statistics and information on items sold. Follow these steps to generate and view the statistics you need: <\/p>\n

Select Data Category<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • In the upper part of the screen there is a drop-down menu<\/strong>. Click on it to select the type of data you are interested in analyzing, such as total sales, sales per item or other relevant categories. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Select Time Interval<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • To the right of the data category, there is a control where you can select the time range of the statistics you want to view. You can enter a specific date range to get a more detailed view of sales for a particular period. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Select Resolution<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Select the resolution of the data, that is, how detailed the statistics should be. You can choose between:\n
          \n
        • Per day<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Per month<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Per year<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Other Settings<\/h2>\n

          • The other settings are optional and need not be used to generate basic statistics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Generate statistics<\/h2>\n
              \n
            • Click on View<\/strong> to generate and display the selected statistics on the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Export Statistics<\/h2>\n
                \n
              • If you want to save the statistics or work with them further in Excel, you can easily export them. Press the button with a small “X” to export the selected statistics to an Excel document. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
