Products that are not included remain unchanged in the system. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Explanation of the import file fields<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Item number (Mandatory): <\/strong>Unique number per item\/variant. If empty, the system creates an item number automatically. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product number (optional):<\/strong> links several variants under the same product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Variant name (Optional):<\/strong> Name of specific variant (mandatory for new variants).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Product name (Optional):<\/strong> Overall name of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Description (Optional):<\/strong> Detailed description of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Manufacturer (Optional):<\/strong> Brand or manufacturer of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>VAT code (Optional):<\/strong> Enter VAT as an integer (0, 6, 12, 25).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Price (Optional):<\/strong> Selling price including VAT. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stock balance (Optional):<\/strong> Indicates the current stock balance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Order point (Optional):<\/strong> Sets the order point for each warehouse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>EAN (Optional):<\/strong> Barcode of the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Weight (Optional):<\/strong> Weight of the product in grams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Category (Optional):<\/strong> Hierarchical category name, e.g., &#8220;Clothing  Men&#8217;s  Shirts&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Status (Optional):<\/strong> Indicates the status of the product in the system, e.g., active\/inactive.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service item (Optional):<\/strong> Enter &#8220;Yes&#8221; for service items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accounting account (Optional):<\/strong> Accounting account for the variant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Properties (Optional):<\/strong> Additional columns for specific product attributes (can be added as needed).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Import of Product images<\/h2>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepare the images<\/strong><br\/>Name the images according to the article number (e.g., <em>12345.jpg<\/em>, <em>12346.jpg<\/em>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Import the images<\/strong><br\/>Under <strong>Admin -&gt; Import -&gt; Product images<\/strong>, upload your .zip file by clicking on <strong>Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Using a .csv file, you can efficiently import and update product information in the system.
