{"id":2835,"date":"2024-12-03T17:09:29","date_gmt":"2024-12-03T16:09:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.fortuspay.com\/okategoriserad\/switching-receipt-printers\/"},"modified":"2025-10-13T11:40:03","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T09:40:03","slug":"switching-receipt-printers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.fortuspay.com\/en\/fortus-smart-en\/switching-receipt-printers\/","title":{"rendered":"Switching Receipt Printers"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Switching Receipt Printers<\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Plug in and turn on the receipt printer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connect the power cable to the receipt printer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn on the printer using the button on the front.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Open the settings in Fortus Smart:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Launch the app <em>Fortus Smart<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the three dots at the top right of the app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <em>Settings<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down and select <em>Bluetooth &amp; Cashbox<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the type of receipt printer you have: <em>58mm<\/em> or <em>80mm<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Connect to the printer via Bluetooth:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Scroll down and press <em>Search<\/em> to search for available Bluetooth devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select your printer from the list.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the device asks for a password, enter <em>0000<\/em> (default password).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Done!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Troubleshooting<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>No devices are found:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To activate it, swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the Bluetooth symbol to turn the feature on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Switching Receipt Printers Plug in and turn on the receipt printer: Open the settings in Fortus Smart: Connect to the printer via Bluetooth: Done!
