{"id":2838,"date":"2025-03-17T10:20:21","date_gmt":"2025-03-17T09:20:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.fortuspay.com\/okategoriserad\/connect-extra-screen\/"},"modified":"2025-04-22T09:48:45","modified_gmt":"2025-04-22T07:48:45","slug":"connect-extra-screen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/support.fortuspay.com\/en\/pos-pos\/connect-extra-screen\/","title":{"rendered":"Connect Extra Screen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Connect extra screen Fortus Smart<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> The additional screen must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the POS system to work properly.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Download and install the Extra Screen app<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>the Play Store<\/strong> on the device to be used as an additional screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Search for <strong>&#8220;Extra Screen&#8221;<\/strong> or click on the link: <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.fortus.smart.screen\">Extra Screen app.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install the app.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Launching Extra Screen apps<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the app and take note of <strong>the IP address<\/strong> displayed on the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the IP address is noted, click once on the screen to hide it and display the <strong>Fortus Pay logo.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the IP address is not visible, click once on the screen to display it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Activate multi-screen mode in the POS system<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the device where <strong>Fortus Smart<\/strong> is installed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log in to the POS system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the <strong>three dots<\/strong> at the top right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>Settings<\/strong> and then <strong>Multi-screen settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activate <strong>Multi-screen mode<\/strong>. The icon should be <strong>turquoise<\/strong> when active. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>IP address<\/strong> field, enter the IP address you entered in step 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Test the coupling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>To ensure that the additional screen is working properly:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Add products to the shopping cart in Fortus Smart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check that the products are displayed on the additional screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>You are now ready to charge in multi-screen mode!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Connect extra screen Fortus Smart Note: The additional screen must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the POS system to work properly.
