The Manage tab contains the following functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

  2. Unsubscribe recipients from lists<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Here you can also see a list of previous emails in date order, along with information about:<\/p>\n\n

    • Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Type of mailing<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Status<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Number of beneficiaries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Creation date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      1. Start the process<\/strong>Press the Create new mailing<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n

      Step 1 of 5: Choose the format<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

      Choose from the following formats:<\/p>\n\n

      • HTML\/Text:<\/strong> An e-mail message based on text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Dynamic template V1:<\/strong> A visual letter that you build with images, texts, products and other elements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        2. prepare the mailing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

          You are now presented with a template with three sections:<\/p>\n\n

          1. Header:<\/strong> Top section, e.g. logo. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Content section:<\/strong> Free space to add texts, images, products and more via the left-hand menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Footer:<\/strong> Section with your store information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

            3. Adding the logo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

            1. Click on the logo section at the top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Select “Click here to select image”<\/strong> or enter a direct link.\n

              • If you click on Click here<\/strong>, a menu of catalogs from your store will open.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Navigate to the desired image, click on it and press Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Your logo now appears in the letter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                4. Create content in the letter<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

                1. Add a heading and type your message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Add products:\n

                  • Click on an image section, select the image from the catalog and press Save<\/strong>. Repeat for each product image. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Fill in the product name, text and prices by clicking on the respective fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Fill in the store information in the footer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                    • Use Drag and Drop<\/strong> to move objects in height.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                      Upload new images<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

                      1. Click on an image in the newsletter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      2. Press Upload<\/strong> in the top right corner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      3. Select the file and press Save<\/strong> to upload.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                        Segmentation of beneficiaries<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

                        Step 3 of 5: Recipients and segmentation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

                        1. Choose which mailing list to base the mailing on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        2. Segment by specific criteria:\n
                            \n
                          • Click on a symbol (e.g. gender, age, postal code).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Enter the selected parameters (example: gender = female).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Tap Add segmentation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Repeat until all segments are set.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                            Invert segmentation<\/strong>For some criteria (e.g. postcode) you can choose to exclude a selection. Click on Invert segmentation<\/strong> for this. <\/p>\n\n

                            When segmentation is complete, press Next<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

                            Mailing settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

                            Step 4 of 5: Fill in the details<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n
                              \n
                            1. Mailing description:<\/strong> Enter a name (e.g. “VIP women Sthlm >5000kr”). <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            2. Subject line:<\/strong> The text the customer sees in their inbox (e.g. “Fresh news for you as a VIP”).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            3. Preamble:<\/strong> Body text that appears before the letter is opened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            4. Sender name:<\/strong> e.g. name of the shop. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            5. Sender’s e-mail address:<\/strong> Your contact address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            6. Earliest start time:<\/strong> When the mailing should be sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            7. Tracking:<\/strong> Choose whether to track opens and clicks.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                              Press the Next<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n

                              Step 5 of 5: Review and send<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

                              1. Review all selected settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              2. Add any campaign (see section Campaign<\/em> for details).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              3. Send a test email to yourself. Enter your email address and click on Send test email<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                                Add a campaign<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n

                                You can link a campaign to the mailing, for example:<\/p>\n\n

                                • Specific discounts on selected goods.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

                                  Once a campaign is added, the number of addresses remaining after applying the conditions is displayed.<\/p>\n\n
