fullscreen; picture-in-picture; clipboard-write; encrypted-media\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" class=\"lazyload\" data-load-mode=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Login and add products<\/h2>\n\n<p>Once you have signed up for Fortus Smart, you will be sent a username and password by email.  <br\/>Once you have logged in, you can choose how you want to add products to the system:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Option 1: <\/strong>Enter products, one by one, directly into the app.  <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Press <strong>the Pencil<\/strong> in the top left corner and select the &#8220;+&#8221; icon on the right.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose whether you want to add a <strong>Product <\/strong>or <strong>Category<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the production information:<br\/><strong>Name<\/strong><br\/><strong>Product \/ Service<\/strong><br\/><strong>Price<\/strong><br\/><strong>VAT<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select whether the product should be <strong>stock managed<\/strong> and enter the number of units in stock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save by clicking on <strong>&#8220;Add product&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Option 2:<\/strong> Import products via a file in the Fortus admin portal.<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to <strong>the Fortus admin portal: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/admin.fortusinternational.com\">admin.fortusinternational.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the instructions to import production information via file in the admin portal (see section on file upload in the guide).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>Choose the option that best suits your business and start entering your products!<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uploading products via file in the admin portal<\/h2>\n\n<p>If you choose to import products by file, follow these steps:  <\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Checkout -&gt; Products -&gt; Import <\/strong>in the admin portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Download the import template and open it in Microsoft Excel (or other program that can read .csv files)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the product information template according to the instructions in the file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save the file as <strong>CSV (comma separated .csv)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload the file in the admin portal under the same menu option.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add or edit products manually in the admin portal<\/h2>\n\n<p>You can also add and change products individually directly in the admin portal:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to <strong>admin.fortusinternational.com<\/strong> and go to <strong>POS -&gt; Products -&gt; Manage<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Here you can search for existing products and edit by clicking on the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To add a new product, select <strong>Add<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the necessary information such as name, item number, price, category, and EAN code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save the product when you are done.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add and manage cashiers<\/h2>\n\n<p>If you need to add more cashiers or change information for existing cashiers, do so as follows:<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Add treasurer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Cashier -&gt; Settings -&gt; Cashiers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>Add Treasurer<\/strong> at the bottom of the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill in the cashier&#8217;s name and link to a user\/login.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add other relevant information about the treasurer (optional) and save.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Change the treasurer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Cashier -&gt; Settings -&gt; Cashiers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the case you want to change.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update the information and save the changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customize receipt texts and image &#8211; Optional<\/h2>\n\n<p>Customize the text and image displayed on receipts according to the following instructions.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Change the receipt text:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to <strong>Checkout -&gt; Settings -&gt; Stores<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the store you want to change settings for.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scroll down to <strong>Checkout Settings<\/strong> and fill in texts such as opening hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preview the receipt by logging in to the checkout and making a test purchase in practice mode.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><strong>Syntax for receipt text:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>&lt;c&gt; centers the text.<br\/>&lt;b&gt; makes the text bold.<br\/>Example <strong>&lt;c<\/strong> <strong>&gt;&lt;b<\/strong> <strong>&gt;Opening hours<\/strong> gives centered and bold text.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Add a picture to the receipt:  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Create a black and white image (not grayscale) with dimensions of 254&#215;92 pixels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Checkout -&gt;
