Create and print product labels

To create and print labels with product information such as item name, item number, price and EAN code (on label printer), follow the steps below. Choose between A4 printers with label paper or a dedicated label printer depending on your needs.

Print format specifications

• Label printer: Brother QL-810W – label size 9.03 cm x 2.9 cm.
• A4 printer: Any brand – label size 4.85 cm x 2.54 cm (40 labels per A4, e.g. Avery 3657 / Harma 4474).

Steps to create labels

1. Add articles
   Search and add the articles you want to include in the label printout. You can add articles by searching by article number or name.
2. Select number
   For each item, select the number of labels you want to print and click Add. Repeat until all desired items are in the list.
3. Remove labels
   To remove individual labels, click on Remove label next to the article. To remove all labels, click on Remove labels in the header.
4. Select printer and layout
   Select the printer and layout you want to use for printing: Brother QL-810W for label printer or A4 printer with label paper.
5. Print
   Click on Print to generate the printout. It will open in a new window, where you can review and print the labels.
