The POS system provides several options for handling receipts, making it easy to customize how receipts are handled based on customer preferences and business needs.
Automatic Printing of Receipt
- Default setting:
- With each purchase, the receipt is printed automatically. This happens unless you have previously chosen to send the receipt digitally to the customer.
Print a copy of the receipt
- Via the Admin Portal:
- If you need a copy of a previous receipt, log in to the admin portal via your computer. There you can search for the transaction and print a copy of the receipt directly.
- I Smart:
- Click on the three dots at the top right.
- Select Transactions/Returns from the menu.
- Select the specific transaction from the list.
- Click on the print icon at the top right to print the receipt.
Send Receipt via Email or SMS
- Directly on purchase:
- When making a purchase, you can choose to send the receipt directly to the customer’s email address or via SMS. This serves as a convenient alternative to a paper receipt.
