To efficiently manage transactions and returns in the POS system, you can follow these steps:

Find a Transaction

You can find a specific transaction in three different ways:

  1. Fill in the receipt number
    • Enter the exact receipt number in the search field to quickly locate the transaction.
  2. Scan the QR code
    • Click on the barcode symbol to open the built-in barcode scanner.
    • Scan the QR code on the receipt to automatically retrieve the transaction.
  3. Sort Transactions
    • Click on Sort and select the payment method.
    • Scroll through the list to find the transaction in question.

Carrying out a Return – Step by Step

Once you’ve found the right transaction, follow these steps to make a return:

  1. Find the right transaction
    • Click on Return next to the transaction you want to manage.
  2. Select Items to Return
    • Select the specific items to be returned.
  3. Choose how to distribute receipts
    • Decide how you want to handle the receipt (for example, as a credit note) and click Continue.
  4. Review and Confirm
    • Check all the details of the return.
    • Click on Accept to complete the return process.

  • Make sure to double-check the receipt number or QR code to ensure you are processing the correct transaction.
