Create mailing

The Manage tab contains the following functions:

  1. Create new mailing
  2. Unsubscribe recipients from lists

Here you can also see a list of previous emails in date order, along with information about:

  • Name
  • Type of mailing
  • Status
  • Number of beneficiaries
  • Creation date

Create new mailing

1. Start the process
Press the Create new mailing button.

Step 1 of 5: Choose the format

Choose from the following formats:

  • HTML/Text: An e-mail message based on text.
  • Dynamic template V1: A visual letter that you build with images, texts, products and other elements.

2. prepare the mailing

  1. Enter your text in the text field.
  2. Preview the result and adjust if necessary.
  3. Press the Next button.

You are now presented with a template with three sections:

  1. Header: Top section, e.g. logo.
  2. Content section: Free space to add texts, images, products and more via the left-hand menu.
  3. Footer: Section with your store information.

3. Adding the logo

  1. Click on the logo section at the top.
  2. Select “Click here to select image” or enter a direct link.
    • If you click on Click here, a menu of catalogs from your store will open.
    • Navigate to the desired image, click on it and press Save.
  3. Your logo now appears in the letter.

4. Create content in the letter

  1. Add a heading and type your message.
  2. Add products:
    • Click on an image section, select the image from the catalog and press Save. Repeat for each product image.
    • Fill in the product name, text and prices by clicking on the respective fields.
  3. Fill in the store information in the footer.

Moving elements

  • Use Drag and Drop to move objects in height.

When you are satisfied, press Next step.


Upload new images

  1. Click on an image in the newsletter.
  2. Press Upload in the top right corner.
  3. Select the file and press Save to upload.

Segmentation of beneficiaries

Step 3 of 5: Recipients and segmentation

  1. Choose which mailing list to base the mailing on.
  2. Segment by specific criteria:
    • Click on a symbol (e.g. gender, age, postal code).
    • Enter the selected parameters (example: gender = female).
    • Tap Add segmentation.
  3. Repeat until all segments are set.

Invert segmentation
For some criteria (e.g. postcode) you can choose to exclude a selection. Click on Invert segmentation for this.

When segmentation is complete, press Next.


Mailing settings

Step 4 of 5: Fill in the details

  1. Mailing description: Enter a name (e.g. “VIP women Sthlm >5000kr”).
  2. Subject line: The text the customer sees in their inbox (e.g. “Fresh news for you as a VIP”).
  3. Preamble: Body text that appears before the letter is opened.
  4. Sender name: e.g. name of the shop.
  5. Sender’s e-mail address: Your contact address.
  6. Earliest start time: When the mailing should be sent.
  7. Tracking: Choose whether to track opens and clicks.

Press the Next button.


Overview and final adjustments

Step 5 of 5: Review and send

  1. Review all selected settings.
  2. Add any campaign (see section Campaign for details).
  3. Send a test email to yourself. Enter your email address and click on Send test email.

When everything is ready, press Submit.


Add a campaign

You can link a campaign to the mailing, for example:

  • “Buy 4 for 3”
  • Specific discounts on selected goods.

Once a campaign is added, the number of addresses remaining after applying the conditions is displayed.
