- Logging in
- Once Fortus has created your webshop, you will receive login details via email. Log in to admin.fortusinternational.com to start setting up your webshop.
- Interactive guide
- Tips! Follow the interactive system guide in the admin portal. It provides a basic overview of the system and how the webshop works, which is particularly useful for new users.
- Make your settings
- Go to Support -> Webshop -> Settings to make the necessary settings to activate and customize your e-commerce. For example, you can set up payment methods, shipping options and customer management.
- Loading Products
- Navigate to Products -> Add to load products into the system. If you already have products loaded from a previous set or active checkouts, these are already ready to be used in the webshop.
- Freight handling equipment
- Review whether you need additional printers to print shipping labels. This is especially important if you plan to ship products directly to customers.
- Freight contracts and services
- If you don’t have a freight contract, you may want to arrange one to smoothly handle deliveries to your customers. E.g. DHL or Schenker.
