X-reports
X reports contain the same information as a Z report. The X report can be used to make an interim report during the day if you do not want to do end-of-day reporting. See section on Z-reports for the content of the report.
Z-reports
The Z report is the report created at the end of the day. It contains information on the sales during the day up to the end of the day. Thus, the Z-day report contains information on sales from 00:01 (unless otherwise specified) up to and including the time of the end of day (and the creation of the Z-report) on the same day.
