View stock balance and stock value

Step-by-Step to view Stock Balance

1. Select store
   Start by selecting the store whose stock balance and bulk value you want to see.
2. View stock balance
   Click on View stock balance to view the items.
3. Review the articles
   • The large balance view lists your items with details such as:
     • Article number
     • Position
     • Description of the project
     • Balance
     • Order point
     • Purchase value
     • Inventory value (calculated based on the purchase price)
       
       Note that if no purchase price is recorded, the stock value is shown as zero (+). A summation of the total stock value is shown on the landing page.

Order point and Stock balance overview

• Set order point
  Set order points for different items, so you can easily see when a new order should be placed. Items with a stock balance below the order point are highlighted in red.
• Filter for low stock status
  To see only the goods that are below the order point, check Show only goods lower than order point.
